Awesome Bakery. They have the best tasting danish butter cookies and the BEST hot chocolate. The staff is so sweet and friendly very welcoming. Amazing pastries and the cookies are to die for. Make sure you go early it can be crowded during the holidays season. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town next time. They have amazing ginger bread houses as well.

We adore Solvang Bakery! They've never let us down, and have consistently provided our family with the best treats and cakes for our celebrations. Most recently, we ordered a custom Adventure-themed cake for a baby shower. The final product was EXACTLY what we envisioned, and tasted amazing. We love their special white cake with the Bavarian cream filling - it's to die for!

Highly recommend! Get there early if you're popping in to purchase at the counter, especially on weekends. It's a small (and very cute) shop!

Sooooo good! Such a cute spot to drop in and have a bite of something delicious. There are also many small gifts and trinkets that you can buy. A good selection of frozen treats as well. Hot coffees and chocolates to go.

I ordered 3 gingerbread houses for the holidays this year. All 3 arrived in beautiful shape and they are absolutely stunning! Solvang Bakery was fantastic to work with and they were very responsive. Love love love the gingerbread houses. Thank you!!

That was real European taste. I love it cherry cheescake and apricot danish. It’s was perfect. i think the store is most centeral bakery. Under the main wind mill. Pricess really afordable. I payed 18 and something cheescake + medium latte + apricot danish. Btw store really sweat as all Solvang store. You can find various cake and cookies. There is a small back yard. ( 4 table ) and same way in front of store too. I recommend this place.

I picked up the mini cookies on Friday (placed an order earlier that week). They looked burnt. I just didn’t have the heart to say anything right then and there while picking them up. Later that evening I hosted a dinner and had them out. My family thought I had made the cookies since they were so burnt. After telling them I got them from Solvang Bakery they were shocked and said that’s completely unacceptable coming from a bakery. Paying that much money to have cookies baked and them coming out burnt and tasting subpar was a huge disappointment. Not to mention I drove 30 minutes one-way to pick them up! Next time just skip this place and make some Nestle Tollhouse cookies at home.

Not the old Solvang, it was super crowded couldn’t find parking. It took us about an hour 1/2 to find parking. Long lines for restrooms. I didn’t enjoy it this last time.
