This is a hidden little Sonoma County gem. Tucked away in a hidden little piece of paradise, this family owned working farm right on the banks of Hudeman Slough boasts farm fresh eggs from there chickens. Hours are unlisted, but there is a sign advertising them. There is also a small dairy with goats and cows. I also noticed several vegetables growing but can't be certain if they are for market or not. Really beautiful little place.
