So I used Evolution Nutrition for only a few weeks and only with 3 clients. However, I did let the recurring billing go on because I may have used it again. After a few months, I decided to cancel subscription because I wasn't using it. I submitted the cancelation and thought it would stop but it kept charging my card. I canceled my debit card to stop it but within a week of me getting my new card and not putting updating card information, I got charged on my new card. I don't understand how this happens. This is wrong on and illegal on so many levels. I can't contact anyone so I'm putting concerns here to tell others to be careful

I started using evolution nutrition a few years ago and currently have 150 clients each with 100 percent customized nutrition programs created from scratch. Evolution nutrition came out with a new version a year or two ago but the new version is not compatible and according to them the data can’t be transferred so even though the older version I was using was very slow I stuck with it as to recreate all the plans would take hundreds of hours. However now they are shutting down the old version and all the data will be lost in a few months. This is unacceptable customer service. They should have a team manually transferring the day for their loyal paying customers if they made the new version not compatible.

I have been with Evolution Nutrition for almost a year now and it has definitely helped me compliment my services as a personal trainer and gym owner. Never pay them anything! I chose to freeze my account because I wasn't using their services anymore (yes I cancelled in enough time for them to not charge me) and customer services (which takes hours to respond and doesn't have a communication service other than a chat room) told me "We don't offer refunds and that charge was from more than 2 weeks ago". This company is scamming. Better off going to a better option. I wouldn't risk it.

I used several different nutrition software companies as I grew my business. None of them were is good as EN. The ability to customize, make easy changes, add recipes and much more was superior to anything else available. Their support staff was also great with responding to any questions or problems I had along the way. Strongly recommend!

Unfortunately, the customer service is not only lacking, it's rude. My team couldn't access the software, and requested help due to an issue on the side of the software, and the customer service rep was extremely rude to an individual on my team.

The website doesn't have a place to submit inquiries if there are any issues. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this is the only place to voice a problem outside of the customer service representative that was extremely short and rude to me via email.

Reviews are one of the top reasons people make buying decisions, and it's unfortunate that a business has to get a bad name due to poor customer service. Do better Evolution Nutrition.

After using EN for about a year now, I’ve been very fortunate to almost double my client base, and more than double my income. Plus, now my clients are getting the results that have been so hard to achieve in the past. I’ve never been able to control what they eat and only seeing me a few days a week, doesn’t allow me to really make an impact unless I can help with their nutrition. I’ve been able to do that now and its really improved things for my business.

They even just let us know they have a new version coming out soon and I’m really excited to see whats in store. This tool has made the most impact on my business out of any, since leaving my job and starting my own thing.
