Amazing breakfast. It's a small kitchen inside a store. Size doesn't matter because their coffee was great and the food was great. Definitely expect to wait for a normal cup of Joe, but other than that, it was a quick and friendly service.

Always wanted to try their farm raised beef from Brandt from Brawley ,CA. So I ordered one Tri-Tip and one Drug Store burger. We opted for the Gluten free buns which we knew wouldn't be as soft and fresh as a regular bun or roll. The meat is fantastic and the Tri-Tip was my favorite! Wish there was more meat than bread but next time maybe I will ask to double the meat and pay extra. The butcher meat section is really nice and they have some really nice size Tri-Tips you can take home fresh and packaged. They were out of marinated Carney Asada meat at the time so I will come back and try that to take home on the next visit. Good to know where your meat is coming from local farm raised near El Centro!

Nice place. Service good. Food taste good but I can’t give 5 stars to a place where I get a McDonalds hash brown instead of real fried potatoes. Come on guys. You charge a lot of money. Cutting up potatoes and cooking them on the grill is at least what I would expect from a top quality restaurant. Not a frozen McDonalds patty. And can you put my food on a plate please. And would a piece of bread be too much to ask with breakfast?

The first place we stopped was closed for a wedding so we found this spot along our route and stopped here. We had a pastrami sandwich and a hot dog. Both were delicious. After lunch we stocked up on a few provisions including beef jerky, a quick do it yourself meal of baked potato, a bottle of wine, and some dried fruit. There was also a butcher counter, but we didn't buy anything there as we are on vacation.

Jeff is an absolute legend. The cowboy breakfast is insane. Butchery is best around and I can’t tell you my favorite cut of meat cause if it sells out and I show up I’d probably cry. Love this place

Update: May 2024 tried the prime steak tasting. Yet another winner!

April: The drugstore burger is a winner! Cooked to order (I'm a rare guy)--executed perfectly. Quality topping, simplicity perfected. Great warm, grilled brioche. Half pound Brandt Beef, seriously good. I added a little salt, but aside from that it met all my expectations.

Part butchery, part gourmet food provisions, part grill. There's live classic country music here today. Enjoyed both the inside dining space as well as the outdoor seating where the performer set the relaxing mood.

I will definitely be coming back.

I was completely blown away with how amazing Ranch 45 was! From farm to table restaurant with locally sourced meat. I had the pleasure of enjoying the Dutch Steak & Eggs and the Avocado Toast...both dishes exceeded my expectations! Not only does Ranch 45 have an amazing menu, they also came to play with fantastic coffee! I will be back for sure.
