I placed an order for green lacewings and parasitic wasps after discovering an infestation of black aphids in my most productive tomato plant that appeared to be spreading. Three days later I was releasing them into my garden. The aphids are gone. The tomato plants are healthy and productive without being exposed to harmful chemicals.

Staff could not elaborate on vague instructions given for release of aphid predators. Turns out they were either delivered to us dead or the instructions for release they gave were incorrect. We politely asked for a refund and the staff was rude. We were not issued a refund.
