Service department seems to be busy for repairs. Communication could be better as to if they have looked at it and if they are working on it. Wish i didn’t have to call them to see whats up. However they are knowledgeable and get it done eventually.

What a wonderful experience here! Joshua the manager is fantastic. When we called for a quote on a very specific model, he had the quote for us in an hour, and had located the machine the very next day. It was delivered to us not long after that. Joshua went out of his way to review the machine carefully with us, and answer all our questions, while being entertaining at the same time. Joshua is locating an attachment for us that we need, and has followed up on our questions. We've been telling everyone about our great experience with Joshua and Bobcat of Redding. 10/10, highly recommend!

Chris, the mechanic, was absolutely amazing. He stayed on the phone while I was having a skid steer issue for over an hour, guiding me through each step to resolve my issue. He truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. If i could give more than 5 starts for Chris, I would!
