I bought a new cleaner and it was a new product they were trying out. Was told the cleaner size and that it came with a lid and a basket. The cleaner showed up and looked great. BUT the basket was undersized and wasting around 6 inches of tank space. The basket would not hold the size parts that I need to clean. Total waste of money for me because I was promised something and never received the basket and lid.

Have been working with salesman's but keep getting the runaround it has been over two months and have never cleaned one part yet.

On one side is they are great cleaners but customer salesman promise everything to get a sale.

Returning the product if they ever contact me but they have quit responding to me.

Update: I updated my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because the finally did what they said they were going to. I'm upset on the time frame of being able to use the cleaner.

As promised to OmegaSonics I always give reviews on products after a year of ownership.
Last year we purchased an OMG-5022.

After 1 full year of usage being on for approx 6-7 hours/day EVERYDAY it has not skipped a beat. The staff that work for Omega are professional and amazing . I judge a company by what happens after i send them payment and Omega is one of the few that stand by the customers side once an order is placed. Prior to Omegasonics we were going through ultrasonic cleaners twice a year (not the same quality) from various vendors and they all failed after payment was sent .

Omega units are by far the best quality and support unit in the market place. I also strongly recommend getting the Omega Clean , it works on machined Aluminum and Steel (stainless) very well.
