Very happy with our tree! It’s much healthier than trees we’ve purchased elsewhere, still drinking plenty of water one week later. The staff were all very friendly, eager to help with tree selection and carrying our tree to our car. Be sure to ask for a fresh cut of the tree trunk before you leave. Our tree cost $105 before tax and came with a free bottle of fertilizer.

What a great experience. They will go above and beyond.
Most certainly exceeded my expectations. They will help u mount the tree on ur car they also have a huge selections.

My friend took me and my puppy with her to check out Christmas trees. Other people brought their small dogs, and I would not recommend bringing medium+larger dogs due to lack of space. While I had no plans to buy a tree, I was impressed with the quality/health of the trees and the knowledge/care all staff took when answering questions and helping everyone find ‘their’ tree. My friend spent a lot of time deliberating between a few, and in doing so, shared a bit about herself. They kindly gifted her something from the lot, and while waiting, I found ‘my’ first real Christmas tree.

Altogether, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff and beautiful, aromatic trees. They also allow you to take fallen branches from the lot with your purchase, which can be fun for DIY projects. Highly recommend!

So glad they're back open this year! Franklin Hills has been our go-to for our Christmas tree for the better part of 5 years now. We usually get Nordmann Firs, but this year we got a Noble. Every tree on the lot is healthy and extremely fresh. The guys are always polite and helpful, they'll even net and zip tie your tree to your car! (Be sure to bring a blanket or mat from home) Parking is much improved since the old location, but it's still tight so enter and exit with caution.
