Jack's bread has been the staple of my diet for nearly a decade. I don't know what I will eat if he ever stops making it. As someone else stated, it truly is the bread of biblical legends. Please Jack, consider taking on an apprentice so you can pass the torch to someone when you retire..

i literally live on a steady diet of seitan and protein powder, but their sourdough bread has changed my life. my boyfriend and i are obsessed with this bread and eat a whole loaf together in one sitting once a week now. such a good price and seriously the best bread i've ever eaten. ever. i can't stop telling everyone i know to try it. PLEASE do yourself a favor and pick up some sourdough.
