They totally lie with some of their ingredients. I bought gummy bears because I thought they were gluten free because it said it on the front, only to look st the back and see that it does have gluten. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me.

I think you might have read Gelatin, not gluten. I eat these because they are gluten free. If you read it correctly you wont find anything referring to gluten. just an fyi
