Daniela was so lovely! She made my dining experience go special. She answered all my questions. I had a lunch date today with my mom and we both ordered the Classic Hook Burger with no cheese and a side of sweet potatoe fries. It was so delicious and packed with 30 + grams of protein! Absolutely loved it! The fries were perfectly cooked also! Don’t hesitate to visit for your next lunch date!

As a burger lover I was ecstatic to have a big juicy burger. The service in taking my order was helpful and sweet. But if you get a burger, fries and coke it jumps from. A 10 dollar burger to a 20 dollar meal. I chose to just get a drink and burger which was $15... when I got the burger it looked so small to me that I was immediately saddened...when I took a bite I could absolutely taste the quality of the meat and it was juicy. However, I could taste the grill on the outside of the meat and Again I was saddened as it's not one of my favorite flavors. I finished my food and was still hungry. A burger here is definitely not enough and I'm not a big female.

For how much a meal costs it seems like it should be fancier but I have to admit I wasn't upset with the ambiance. It just doesn't fit the high price.

Great place and service. Burgers are made fresh and delicious. Cooked to order with fresh ingredients. First time dining in. Comfortable with great music. Three large wide screen televisions. Definitely I will return in the near future.

Hook burger was so juicy great food for 9$take my money any day .. burger was really really good edit next day after being so excited about the juicy burger I got the same one around the same time .. bottom bun was cold I mean cold .. u can feel the coldness .. burger wasn't worth my money. I had high hopes all gone..!! Eating here is a gamble .. one day yes next day no .. from 5☆ love it to 2 ☆ dislike it ..

Food was pretty good, service was exceptional. Sabiha helped us out and she was terrific. She greeted us with a warm welcome right as we came in, super quick with our food/condiments, and incredibly happy and kind. Definitely top new burger spot in scv!

2 stars for how long it took to get my food. I had to wait 26 minutes for a simple order of a hook burger and sweet potato fries.

1 stars for the food. The burger meat was so dry it started to crumble apart. The buns were stale and cold. The sweet potato fries were exceedingly soggy.
