Unapologetically poor customer service. I call and call and leave vmails and email…crickets. They finally respond with excuses instead of any apology for never responding. Typical M.O. One lady there has a rep at my big company for being rude. I do tons of sampling and am going to try to use other labs in the Bay Area. Also encouraging my company to do the same.

I'm sorry but... fees totaling over 100 percent of a 600 dollar order? It makes you the most expensive option in the bay area. Furthermore, as of this writing, they do not have AIHA accreditation for the IH testing they perform.
