Horrible quality of strawberry, they are somewhat red outside but are completely white, not ripe, crunchy like apples, have no taste, and no smell

First time in about 35+ years of eating strawberries that I got a package that looks perfectly ripe, yet tastes like they're nowhere near ready for eating.
Called customer service and they happily let me know it's probably because of the weather. Offered no coupon or refund.
I guess GMOs may not be great?

So is there any explanation as to why there’s a feather in the strawberries I purchased? This is disgusting and it’s impossible to find this company on social media but I’ve still posted it publicly either way. Get it together. Gross dude. My child has been eating these.

fingerprints bruised on the sides if them. The berries were terrible dry. Over half of them were going to seed and not ripe. They are the worse berries I have ever had. I will not buy this brand again. I will pick my iwn berries

I am from Texas. I bought your product, box of "ORGANIC BIOLOGIQUE" stawberries at Heb. Eventhough I saw them big as others, non-organic I thought giving them a try. I taste them and were sour and dry inside. This stawberries are far from being organic. And the price very high!! I will never Again buy fake organic stawberries . Real organic, are small, juicy and sweet.
