Honestly the best customer service I've ever had through any distributor. Brian, (the GM), has helped my wife and I step by step along the way as we've grown our business. When we first contacted him, he gave us all the options we had plus gave suggestions to start with based on our region, those suggestions were a hit! As we have continued growing our business, he's helped us bring on new products, helped us figure out better pricing options, and better shipping options. He is always quick to respond and always friendly. We've never met Brian, and in fact, we are on complete opposite sides of the country, but, Brian has been so friendly and helpful it feels like doing business with a good friend instead of just another business transaction. We greatly appreciate all the work he's done for us, and we look forward to many more years of doing business with Brian and the team at the Olive Oil Source.

This was my first time using The Olive Oil Source. My online order took over 3 weeks to receive. The delay came from The Olive Oil Source's glass manufacturer, they did not have the glass containers in stock and the manufacturer was having packing problems.

Brian (GM) from The Olive Oil Source offered to speed up the order by using plastic containers instead of glass. He also offered to fulfill the order using smaller containers. I was not offered expedited shipping, a discount code for future orders or any form of compensation for the wait.

Brian mentioned this was a very rare occurrence however I feel like a business ought to compensate their customers for a 3 week delay, even if it is because of one of their manufacturers.

I would consider doing business with them again but would look around for other sources first.

The Olive Oil Source proved to be much more than I expected. Not only is it a one stop shop for wonderful extra virgin olive oils, vinegars, and infused oils, but adds the availability for personal creative labels on any of the bottles.

Party favors are available, plus all accessory items and equipment for the making, bottling, and labeling and serving of vinegars, and olive oils.

Best of all is the extra information provided and consistently updated about olive oils. History, uses, recipes, photographs, and references.

Thinking back over the years as a customer, it has always been a pleasure dealing with the folks that own, operate, and provide service for the Olive Oil Source.

This is a fantastic source for high grade olive oils. I've ordered from them many times and found the service terrific and they take great pride in supplying a superb product both in oils and in vinegars.
