Checked in at 7am. Loading started at 8am. Tight open docks. Entrance is from Stowell rd, just before the railway crossing. No truck entrance from Blosser rd.

Picked up here frozen food. Appointment 8am , was on the door for 3 hours, they said load was not ready, actuall loading time 20 minutes. Even with 3 hours waiting still not bad(for reefer loads). Friendly people. For my experience good place to pick up a load.

The lady by the window next to the electric gate was very weird 50s or 60s Hispanic I've told here that I was picking up and she asked me over and over if I was making a delivery finally when she understood me she refused to let me in 🙄 had to call my dispatcher so he could find out what was going on 😤 the same thing happened today with a another driver from my company

Long time to load nothing but lies by staff.Truck here 2hrs after me,was here at app time there working on him yet here I sit.Would say avoid if you can.Consumer beware there frozen foods spend hrs out in the heat before loading

very poor experience the works talk more then what they work,Maybe management should take a look at there personal.I've been waiting for over 3hrs just to get unloaded and there hardly any trucks to unload.
