My cilantro that I put into a smoothie contained a poisonous night shade I didn’t notice until after I drank it!!!! Was in GI distress all afternoon/evening!!

I checked in at 9:30 AM for pickup two skids, which was supposed to be ready the day before. I thought everything would be ready by now, but they told me one skid is still not ready and will take one hour max.
I called around 3:00 PM, and they assured me that your load is ready now and would be loaded in a minute or two. After waiting another hour, I went to the shipping office to ask what’s going on. The staff member claimed there were no forklift operators available, yet I saw them loading another truck that had checked in after me.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Poor communication, lack of organization, and no respect for a driver’s time.

Dont think driver is allowed inside warehouse but they do have monitors to watch your load in progress and a very nice and new drivers lounge and clean restroom. Only drinks in the vending machine though

Rude employees and take an absurd amount of time to load/unload trucks. They kicked me out for docking into a door they told me to dock at.

The guy in check in office is very nice and helpful i told him i have a another pickup and they’ll close at 8 pm for checkin please load me fast and he was like okay no problem man so i was check in 4:30pm 07/21/23 and he gave me paperwork at 6pm thank you so much I really appreciated

Picked up load from this place. This place is FCFS. 10 hrs waiting to get loaded after checked in. Load came from other warehouse that’s the reason for late loading. Nice and polite staff. Portable bathroom in parking lot. Big parking lot and easy to back on docks.
