Super friendly staff, great customer service and absolutely huge array of very modestly priced ceramic pots of all sizes, fountains and containers. The guys really went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I was looking for. Bought some beautiful wildlife photo cards too (photographer Wild Soul - Andrea Wells) with all proceeds going wildlife conservation to help protect elephants, cheetahs, lions and other creatures who are being hunted by poachers in S.Africa. Also they helped me to car with purchases which was really kind. Great store!

Very bad experience returning an item at this place, me and my partner came here to return a fountain and we had paid cash and then card and turns out that the white guy that was helping us wanted to put the cash back to the credit card and we said no we want it in the form of payment we did and he even through the receipt back to us in a rude way, I don’t recommend this place. We were recommending it to our Clients but not anymore

I so love the Pottery Planet! They have a large and unique selection of all different kinds of pottery, fountains, metal decorations. I purchase quite a few items from them. My last visit exceeded all my expectations. I found a broken water fountain in the clearance section and I decided to use it as a base for my bird bath. When Daniel heared what I wanted to do, he offered to take the top piece off of my new "pedestal" so that the top part of the bird bath would fit bettter. It was a difficult job, but so appreciated. Thank you, Daniel for taking such good care of your customers!

We just received our 53" Monolith Fountain with the underground basin. We love it. Everyone at Pottery Planet was extremely helpful, especially Tomas. Great communication and follow up. They delivered it and set it up for us and it was done effortlessly. In addition to their large selection of fountains at their store they also have an endless amount of fountains in their catalogs that can be ordered. That's how we found this one.
