SellEton scales is a absolutely amazing company to work with. We had a issue with our Floor scale at M&T Distilling in Hendersonville, NC and contacted them for some after sales support. To my surprise after talking to them and emailing them I got a email back with in depth discussion of my problem as well as links to videos for factory trouble shooting and links to order parts. I even got the cell phone number of one of the tech support team members so I could call him after ours from the location. Simply put they are the best and I promoting there products going forward.

One of the most useful tools on my farm is without a doubt, my floor scale. For the last several years on the first day of each month I have weighed each member of my goat herd, along with my dogs and record this in an excel spreadsheet. Knowing their exact weights assists greatly in monitoring their health, and having the ability to accurately dose whatever they should need.
This scale was originally purchased in Florida and made the trek to Pennsylvania along with my farm. Two years ago, of no fault of the scale, the cable between the indicator and scale base was damaged. I reached out to Dara who immediately sent the wiring schematic- before we had even hung up, and my brother was able to solder the wires to the connector.
Over the last two years, and after a lot of goat shenanigans, the wires in the cable began to come loose from the connector again. I reached out to Dara this evening, who once again promptly answered my call and immediately sent me the link to the replacement cable should I want to simply swap it out. Knowing my goal was to use the scale tomorrow (the first of the month) he also asked if i thought i could fix the cable on my own by cutting off the connector and hardwiring the cable wires directly to the main junction box, and I decided to go for it.
In less than 10 minutes, I was successfully able to hardwire the scale and once again have a functioning scale back on track for tomorrow's weigh-ins.
Not only did Dara save me the expense of purchasing a new cable but took the time to patiently guide me through the route I took.
In addition, he made sure I was knowledgeable on the calibration of the scale along with its other features.
I know many people may not follow the practice of weighing their livestock (or pets) regularly, but I would highly recommend having this tool at your farm (or home). I should mention I also use this scale to weigh the packages in which I ship my products.
I ever so highly recommend purchasing a scale from SellEton scales. The customer service is top notch, and the product knowledge is second to none. It is totally obvious that Dara genuinely cares about his products and customers. I challenge you to find an American company with immediate English speaking customer support, without being put on hold or transferred for a product you purchased 9 years ago!

Purchased a 5K, 4' x 4' Selleton scale in 2022. Scale has worked great, until it didn't. Contacted Selleton tech support, explained to them the issue I was having. Response time from their tech support is fast, this is much appreciated! Tech support sent me (3) troubleshooting videos, with this information we were able to diagnose the problem, (2) bad load cells. Selleton sent out (2) new load cells free of charge along with the Calibration video for the new install. Calibrated new load cells, we're back in business. All of this done within 2-3 days time! We purchased two new floor scales from SellEton almost five years ago and they've been working great. Recently, one of them was not calibrating correctly. The support team was very responsive to my emails and helped me walk through several tests until we identified the problem. The issue ended up being one of the load cells (four of them per scale in each corner to measure the proper weight on the scale) had gone bad. We received the part from them within a week and were able to replace it and get the scale working again. Great technical support, great products. I highly recommend them.
