Very Disappointing Experience!

I bought a birthday cake, and the quality was absolutely terrible. The cake was so dry it crumbled apart when cut, and it was clear they reused old cake pieces, mixed with raw ingredients, and resold it. This is completely unacceptable for a bakery. I expected fresh and delicious cake, but this was far from it. I won’t be coming back.

Venice Classic Pastry is my go to local bakery. There is always a line, but I am ok with that as I know their pastries are fresh. Some of my favorites are the "Napoleon", their freshly baked breads, and also the imported Italian desserts in the freezer section which are not easy to find around here. This is the first time I had this custom cake made for a birthday. It turned out beautiful, was very stable during transport, and also delicious inside.

Last night I bought two breads, and when we tried them at the dinner they both were bad - molded and smelled like rotten. I just called them up and they denied selling me their bad bakery, spoke very rude, and suggest me to report to the city authorities, which I am going to do now. Do not go to this store as they sell bad rotten products and are rude and unapologetic!! Very bad business!!

They did not tend to me. Very unhelpful and rude. We were starving and had to leave without eating. Never returning
