I've had pretty much most banh cuon in the San Jose area and highly recommend this place if you want to buy banh cuon in bulk. It's definitely a hole in the wall but very high quality.

This place is truly a hole in the wall. They clearly spent nothing on the decor as it is just a counter in an old restaurant from the 80's. They only sell banh cuon and the sides. This is the only place I've been to where they've charged for nuoc mam. The banh cuon price was decent, but the meat inside the banh cuon wasn't very good.
