Slowest loading. They put my tarp upside down, when I told them to put it the right way I been told I have to wait till they come back from break. It would take less than 5 minutes but refused to fix it

Worst people to work for. Back in 2005 my car got broken in to and there cameras all of the sudden didnt work . also under payed and expected to work over time every day .

This place definitely isn't in a rush to get trucks in and out. Been waiting for over 3 hours and still have 2 trucks ahead of me and 2 behind me...make sure you check in when you get there not when you get to the stop sign where the shipping office is like the sign clearly tells you to do. Was told that they might not be able to get us loaded because we didn't check in right away.

The guy driving the fork lift was cool and down to earth- not one of those perpetually in a rush types of people. Loading did take a while, and there were 5 trucks waiting behind me, not usually that busy. The other guy (guessing it was the manager or owner) rushed me off as soon as my tarps were on- mind you not bungied, just on. The guy that laid them out (drivers arnt allowed on top of the loads) did a half assed job, also in a rush. They have you park in the dirt across the street to finish the tarps- its wide enough that 2 or 3 trucks could park side by side and probably a quarter mile long, so there's not a lot of worry about being right next to traffic while your finishing up. Its not the easiest place to get into for new drivers, but not too hard, just stake it slow and watch your mirrors-stay left when your pulling in should help a little. Shipping and receiving is on the opposite side of where you stop to pull in, and not well labeled. Biggest reason that its 3 stars is because they lift your tarps onto the load with the fork lift, and someone unroll them for you, makes it so much easier! But the waiting times can be ridiculous, the fastest I've been in and back on the road was about an hour and a half, this time took 5 hours. Just depends on the day I guess.

Slow slow. 3.5 hours for pickup and after im put 12 straps 2 tarps I'm waiting 30 min for paperwork... Slowww!!!!!!!!!!

It is the worst place to get loaded. The worst service for carriers. They take hours to load or unload, and they constantly take breaks. It was one of my worst experiences.
