Had an emergency with bees in a fireplace, it was a closed wood stove yet somehow many of them ended up in the family room. We called, they came, and were very professional, communicative. They vacuumed out the surviving bees, cleaned up those that didn't make it, AND put a preventative screen on the chimney. I called in the morning and the situation was taken care of by 1:30pm. A pleasure to work with.

Called to remove hive and save bees. Was assured Bees would not be killed. Did not show up at appointed time, called, texted no response. Came home later that day, card was on door. Dead Bees, Poison, broken honeycomb left.

The honey ladies are closed Sunday Monday and Tuesday which I waited for them to open on Wednesday. I went to their place at 11:17 and she said she wasn't in the office she was taking her daughter to school she'd be back in 20 minutes. I came back and it was 35 minutes later I called her back and there was no answer. Is that how they run their business. I waited out front of the store front and it never opened we left and haven't been back and I haven't called. This all took place at the Campbell store front

A giant ‘cloud’ of honey bees came on Easter Sunday - and moved into the side of our house!😱 We wanted them to go - but did not want them harmed. So very grateful we found The Honey Ladies!
Knowledgeable, helpful & reassuring from the outset; Wendy met with us first thing Monday morning & on Tuesday morning our little ‘guests’ were successfully rehomed. Alejandro did such a fantastic job!
After speaking with Wendy on Sunday we felt like we were in good hands. When it was all over - we knew they were the best!

Excellent honey! I ordered 1.5 Ib jar online. I made honey butter with it too, which was divine.

I requested The honey ladies to come out to the property I was working last week. The woman I spoke with told me she would send someone out to check it out before the end of the day. Then when I asked for a estimated time she stopped messaging back. She stopped answering my calls. Then I call today Tuesday of the following week and when I dial there number which is a work number supposedly I am forwarded to another numbers voicemail.

At first, I was very happy. With the immediate response the woman gave me that they would be out same day. Then she gave me hopes someone would be giving me some help and she stopped answering. Unless you want this head ache of a problem I suggest hiring someone else for your bee problem.

They did a great job!!! got a lot of horror stories from other beekeeper extraction folks and the estimated costs were way too high along with possible damage and repair to our home. the Honey ladies folks were very calming and professional and came to my home, completely extracted the Honey bee nest from my homes structure; repaired the area at half the price from other beekeepers; they did it all within 5 hours in the same day! I will definitely use them again if I have to without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone needing an extraction from their home's structure.
