You lost what was a loyal customer today, over a $8 spool of line. You return policy is joke, you take all of my information so you can track every transaction I make, but if I return with no receipt, I’m made to feel guilty that I didn’t have the receipt and required to remember exactly when I purchased it and from which cash register I was served from, just so the manager can go to the back room and pull all the receipts from that date and that register, just to search for an eight dollar receipt, instead of given the customer a little bit of trust when he returns an unopened spool of line.

And the attitude and disgust from the shop assistant just made it all feel so much worse than it should’ve been.
Thank you for the military discount up to this point, but I will no longer shop in your store.

Decent selection on ammunition and firearms but their service is garbage. Expect to wait at least an hour if you need anything at the gun counter. Employees don't make any attempt to move fast and there's only a few of them. They work like they get payed more to move slow. They like to just stand around and do a whole lot of nothing. The place is a pathetic joke.

you are right you need to wait long for firearms section, you are right they make mistakes, you are right they don't tell you the documents you need at once... but still the best gun store for me. Specially men are very knowledgeable about guns...(this is not discrimination, it is normal). special thanks for managers and of course Jacob.

They ain't no bass pro shop but there right there, and for being in Santee that's great they have a little of everything, can't go wrong

Good stuff, fair prices... No one's ever around to help though, employees walk by and don't say anything. Every time I been in here I have to go find someone and they're usually at the register or over at guns. I'm also skeptical about buying online pickup tomorrow option because that means if I go they should have it. 4 times I been here and they never have what I'm looking for even though their inventory says they have it. I get the old we'll go check the back then they come back and don't have it.

Sportsman's Warehouse finally close to San Diego and great location! Used to drive to Temecula for the closet location. This location has plenty of parking and easy to get to. I came here with a list of fishing gear I needed and I found everything here well stocked. I will be back when I have more time! They have knives, cooking for smokers, hunting gear , archery, ammo and much more. The employees I asked questions to, were friendly and took me right to the section I needed.

Went in last week looking for a shotgun, had one I was interested in. Talked to I believe Tron and another guy, both were very helpful and took the time to show me a few options and tell me differences between them and give their recommendations from personal experience. Very helpful and got me on the path to getting all the paperwork I needed in order to move forward with my Maverick 88. Jacob helped me get everything sent in and picked up my gun today got help from Alexander and got a case and ammo as well. Great experience from start to finish very helpful and accommodating to all the questions I had. Thanks to the staff for all the help will be back for sure for more!
