Wow! Donuts are one my favorite desserts, and Mary's Donuts does it right. I had visited the Lakeside location(also great) before, but this was my first time at this spot. There are many options to choose from, all look good. I went with the rasbperry filled donut, and also the chocolate frosted donut. They were both perfect! These are the types of donuts are really enjoy. They are fluffy, not too sweet, but hit the spot after a good meal. The staff was amazing as well. There was a line, but it went relatively quick. There is also plenty of seating as well. If you are in Santee, you can't do any better than Mary's donuts. Delicious! Eat up!!!

Great donut shop probably some of the best donuts out there I have been coming to Mary's forever They used to be at a standalone building right off the freeway And there was many 2 AM Mary's visits Thankfully they are open 24 hours Service is not always the best but the donuts definitely are if your in santee and want a donut definitely try Mary's

Excellent freshly made tasty donuts and coffee. Mary's donuts are way better than Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts, and supermarket donuts. The five star rating is truly earned. Quality ingredients and perfectly followed recipes result in consistently top notch donuts that are never too sweet, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. Plus they have delicious coffees and hot chocolate that are way better than Starbucks. The prices are fair and the friendly employees are always eager to make suggestions if you can't make up your mind. Update: Still the best quality and value in San Diego! Update: Got a Boston cream donut, a chocolate peanut donut, and a large coffee. Everything was excellent. Update: Stopped in for a coffee and a Boston cream donut and a chocolate peanut donut. Hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had. The glazed donuts are so light and fluffy and the chocolate glaze is divine. These will be the standard by which I judge all future donuts.

The atmosphere is just a nice donut shop where you can sit and chat with friends or other new people you meet and bond over your love of donuts.

We met Mary and she was lovely and took our picture for the wall.

A great excursion for our trip to San Diego.

Are you in Lakeside, right near the rodeo grounds? You have to stop in at Mary's Donuts which is right on the next block. We always make it a point to stop in at Mary's Donuts! I'm simple - I truly enjoy the good ' ol plain glazed Donuts, as my Hubby opts for the "Chocolate Glazed" ones. Of course, we didn't just get a couple of items, we always try something we've never had before! Mary's Donuts by far is the best choice for one's Donut cravings. We've tried the "big name" Donut stores.. they're either too sweet or too small. Some deli sandwiches have been added to their menu at Mary's as well n as a fresh cup of coffee. Our definite stop in Lakeside, CA.

These Donuts are great!!!
Soft, sweet & delicious. Hard to just eat one but they are also a great size.

A friend that lives nearby said we have to check these out and we were not disappointed. Kept great and tasted good the next day too!

Thank you for being open 24 hours. This place is so good. I still have dreams of that time I was there and the apple fritters came hot out of the fryer and I had to wait for it to cool to eat it. Best doughnut I have ever had.
