Ins agent Alex switched me over from the prior insurance provider this agency worked with. I was told my coverages would be the same. However when I was rear ended by another vehicle and filed a claim. I found out I did not have the coverages I was promised. Also the driver that hit me was covered by Farmers insurance, and Farmers is trying to minimize the claim by suggesting the work can be cheaper than the estimated because their software tells them so. Also farmers doesn't send an adjuster to look at the vehicle they have adjusters working from home using a farmers guide book and parts prices from pep boys to estimate how much the repair should cost. Be very careful dealing with this agency and farmers in general.
