I’ve been blessed to experience Dee Wagners culinary genius from small family gatherings to challenging events at the Commonwealth club. These eyes for perfection and excellence produce some of the most beautiful culinary creations. They are both delicious and appealing in their presentation. If you look at her website, you’ll notice everything she does is handmade from the delicious mainstays and delicacies to the beautiful flower arrangements and yes, they create beautiful cakes as well. Dee is involved in every aspect of your event and yes, she’s the one helping set everything up on the day of your event. Her staff is talented, professional and poised. This is Dee’s creation from the beautiful flowers to the delicious cake to the Creative appetizers it’s all her vision. She also has her own nonprofit that helps those in need. Dee Wagners prices are more than competitive as this is her own small family business, which easily out do the large catering firms. She’s done it all quite the expert with amazing longevity. Dee, Senia, and their team did an amazing job catering, bartending, and coordinating my wedding - I cannot recommend them enough. Their food is fresh and delicious (so much better than what’s served at most weddings) and their pastry chef made us the most beautiful cake. DWE was a one-stop shop and they executed everything with care and attention to detail, as if it was their own wedding. And even if they hadn’t, the food would be worth it anyway. We got so many compliments from our guests!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dee Wagner Events for a once-in-a-lifetime special event, and I cannot speak highly enough about Dee, her staff and the catering service.

Dee is a joy to work with...creative, fun and knowledgeable! The dishes she featured at our event were a highlight, earning rave reviews from all our guests and lots of trips back for seconds. The attention to detail and use of fresh, high-quality ingredients were evident in every bite.

Dee was inspirational when it came to customizing the menu to fit our vision. Unprompted and delightful signage and flowers appeared the day of our event and it was clear that a lot of thought and effort went into the visuals.

The professionalism and friendliness of her staff is exceptional. They arrived promptly, set up efficiently, and were attentive throughout the event without being intrusive. We had a campground wedding In Sonoma and Dee made the entire process easeful by coordinating across vendors and keeping attention to detail. Dee catered and was our day-of wedding coordinator. Let me tell you, the food was DELICIOUS...best wedding food I've ever had. Everything during our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to Dee and her team's hard work. The appetizers were exquisite. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. Despite having to move things indoors due to some fluke rain during the summer, everything still flowed seamlessly. Dee was super responsive during the planning process and always had a game plan with great ideas. Dee and her team planned every element of our wedding and were absolutely phenomenal - I can’t recommend them enough! Our wedding was gorgeous, the food was incredible, and everything was so smooth and seamless. In the planning process, Dee and Gina were on top of every single detail, which put me at ease and ensured I didn’t feel stressed. They’re also so much fun to be with, so I always looked forward to our planning meetings. Most importantly, they listened to the vision that my partner and I had for the wedding, and then brought that vision to life even more beautifully than we could have imagined!

Because I’m not from the Bay Area, I was worried about finding all of our different vendors, but Dee was incredibly helpful in steering us in the direction of caterers, DJs, florists, photographers, and even makeup artists. Everyone we hired was from Dee’s recommendation, and it was perfect.

Dee and her team also planned and coordinated not just the wedding itself, but 3 different events for the weekend, including the rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and the Sunday brunch, and Dee’s catering company Roux Catering provided staff for all 3 events and catered the passed appetizers and the desserts for the wedding (which were all insaaaaanely delicious). So while this weekend was an absolute marathon for Dee and her team, they made it seem effortless and were always so professional, warm, and thoughtful, even while coordinating so many different vendors and teams, tracking all of the moving parts, communicating with us and our parents, and bringing our dream to life!

I truly can’t recommend Dee Wagner and her team enough for any kind of event planning, coordination, or catering. They are professional, dependable, trustworthy, and wonderful to work with. It’s probably rare for someone to say that they wouldn’t change even one thing about their wedding, but because of Dee and her team’s phenomenal work, everything was even more perfect than we could have imagined.
