I rave about Claiborne and Churchill all the time—definitely my favorite place to go wine tasting on the Central Coast. Such great experiences with the tasting room staff, they are always so helpful and wonderful to talk to. Delicious wines I love their Gewürztraminer and Cuvée Elizabeth Pinot. I also recommend checking out their weekly events (Sunday Brunch/Friday Happy Hour depending on the season) where they have live music and catered food. I absolutely love the small family charm of this spot—could not recommend more.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at Claiborne & Churchill Winery. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The selection of wines was impressive, featuring aromatic whites like Dry Gewürztraminer, Dry Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay, as well as beautifully handcrafted Pinot Noirs and Syrahs. A standout for me was their Nektar, Estate Riesling dessert wine—truly exquisite! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Five stars all the way!

We recently became members of Claiborne & Churchill and have loved our experience so far. In our first couple of months, we have enjoyed several tastings and recently attended our first event. I’d give 6 stars if I could! Caroline was an amazing host for our tasting experience, as was her colleague who helped us check out. The wines were distinctive, delightful, and delicious representation of the Edna Valley wine region. We were so lucky to catch a brief glimpse of the owners of the winery adding to the special boutique, family-owned experience. We walked away with a bottle of the Cuvée Fredericka and the Dry Gewürtzraminer. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!!!
