They have so much to choose from and can also tell you how long it will take to order your tiles.

I have walked into this store 3 times and never had an employee so much as look up from their desk, let alone greet me or ask if I needed help. I felt I didn't "look the part" of a wealthy home owner willing to spend the money for them to take the time to help me. When I finally did ask a reluctant employee a few questions, she told me they probably didn't have what I was looking for. I ordered a few samples and have never been called with my samples. She didn't order them. They didn't want my business. They are rude and discriminatory.

There are very few stores that are truly outstanding. This is one. Extremely pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Excellent service and prices. I am an owner builder. I started with a fancy tile place on Tank Farm Road which became a significant disappointment when we required some service. I later discovered Tileco where I work with Travis and Jeremy. Super knowledgeable folks that go the extra mile. A pleasure to work with and amazing level of service.
