I have been using my Fawssit roll in shower for about a year now. I live in a small inaccessible studio apartment, as I was not in a wheelchair when I moved in. Due to housing shortages there are no accessible options elsewhere. The shower/tub is inaccessible. The Fawssit has allowed me to shower again! My caregiver is able to set up and break down the shower in the main living area very easily. It's been a game changer! It's really durable as well.

Fawssit really backs up their product and they were able to replace the pump at no charge when there was an issue. Hans has been extremely helpful with any troubleshooting we've needed to do.

The ordering was easy and it arrived very quickly. The only criticism is that the pump is quite loud however it's a trivial issue. I was also informed they are working on a quieter pump for future purchasers. I hope there may be a travel version someday but I would not change the current product for day to day use at home as its amazingly stable!! I researched a lot to find a way to shower without the cost of a full remodel and this is the only product I found with a focus on quality and durability, as well as ease of use and fantastic customer service.

If there's someone who could benefit from the product in the USA but the price is out of reach, I was able to get it covered by my state's long term care, in home, fund for accessible modifications. There are also grants from disease non profits, state elder care grants, assistance from a state's independent living center who service people who have mobility challenges, such as wheelchair users, in the home and community.

I cannot express enough at how much Fawssit has improved my quality of life. Thank you Hans and the Fawssit team!
