These positive reviews must be from a different place or bots. It is the worst steak I've ever eaten. I tried to get a partial refund for over a week. Still have the merchandise. Won't feed to my dogs.

Look at the package label on steaks: seasoning solution water, plum juice concentrate, sodium phosphates, trehalose, rice starch, rosemary extract. Why would anyone put rice flour in a steak?!

Customer service is horrible! I called for over a week. Employees would say the manager would call me back before 5:00. Never did get a call back. I was told The meat was guaranteed by the salesman, but never could get even a partial refund even though I still have all but two steaks.

Great product, this is the second time we order.
Special thanks to Juan, he was super attentive. Reached out to him Friday, provided pricing and we agreed on a time for delivery. To my surprise he said he would deliver at noon the next day, and he was true to his word.
Great quality of meat and I bought a cheesecake too, great suggestion on his behalf.

I had an amazing experience with this company! Cameron went above and beyond and gave me a really great deal I could not pass up! Cameron’s customer service was top-notch, and the product exceeded my expectations. Purchased the steak box and it was delicious! Saved me a trip and time from shopping around in the grocery store! And to top it off it is the insurance on the steak that sold me! I highly recommend Cameron from Pacific Prime Foods to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service!

Scam if I've ever heard of one. Their Pacific Prime Foods van drove up to my parents home on a Tuesday, saying how they have an extra box they're trying to get rid of and that they'll give us a "great" deal around $4 per steak for a whole box. This just so happen to be similar experiences of other people online.
The product is mediocre dog food at best. The meat is graded as USDA Choice and when chewed, reminds me of when I chewed a wallet as a child.
Overall, do not recommend, it's low quality, but exceptional salesman lines! However I would recommend if you have a pet dog.
I've never written a review before, but after this experience I had to. Don't want to share a pic of chewed up cartilage, but I will share someone else's experience with the product

These guys pulled up on me w/ some of the best steaks I’ve ever seen & they had a deal I couldn’t pass. I usually kick back on how much meat I eat but the salesman Nicholas (he told me to call him Nikko) gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. I bought enough to last all winter 🔥. I’ll definitely be on the lookout whenever they roll through.
