I visited on Fri noon time. It was only a block long; it had food stalls, fruit & veggie, artisanal items, and crafts. Although you are limited in selections, you also are not overwhelmed.

Closed till next year’s summer season - check their website for details. Usually opens May - end October/ early nov. There’s a permanent public indoor market nearby though for food and drinks.

Lot less vendors than I expected but was still a nice experience. Checkout Harji Naturals for hand made bath and body products.

While I loved the market last year, I am not a big fan this year. Couldn't find any vegetables, only 1 live food stall, bad timing. Last year Kaiser brought in so many good vendors. I used to visit every Friday. Not so sure this time around.

Very pleasant. Most of the same vendors as can be found at the Wednesday night Santana Row farmers market, but no live music or shade from trees at this one. Also I bought some berries and brought them home to find there was mold on the ones at the bottom of the basket -- however, that was only one vendor.

Today was opening day for Downtown SJ Farmer's Market! It was definitely smaller (vendors) than last year. Many of the regulars were there and many missing. Such as it is as our County eases restrictions. Lots of stone fruit, veggies and other fruit. A couple of baked goods vendors and of course the salmon and hummus guys were present with delicious food items. Hot food booths too we're also present. A good place to get your produce for the week! Don't forget to stock up on the other goodies too! And wear your mask 👍

The change to Wednesday isn't good, clashes with Santana Row and at least 2 markets in San Jose. I guess I won't be going any more.
While I enjoyed it last year, there were not that many fruit and veg stalls and none had organic produce.

Quite a busy scene… crowds having a good toile, selecting various organic fruits n veggies.. we brought some oranges…quite sweet , compared to the ones in stores.. good, though expensive…also food outlets.. balloon makers… children having a fun time… traffic barred for the place.. good civic idea, encouraging walking n farmers…at the same time😄
