They don’t refund you your money. Driver pretends to not understand English or he’s just incompetent when he’s reloading the machines. So glad my company isn’t using this service anymore.

Only rating based on my experience with the food selection. The food from fresh and ready is absolutely horrendous and overpriced. Based on the reviews I’m seeing from the ex employees, I don’t doubt them. And the five star review from “under the street lights” that won’t put their real name is either from management or the owner of this location.

The 2 vending machines do not take coins at all!! Only collects dollar bills. I don't know if that makes it easier for the vendor to count but I and more than 10 people stopped buying product from these vending machines located on morgan hill at kettle cuisine for 3 months now. Vendor says he doesn't know what's wrong with them and that he will relay the message but I've been telling him now for way too long!! If I could rate a negative 5 stars I would.

There were not any lights on they're machine showing that any products were out of stock, so I slid my debit card and pressed a selection, the screen flashed out of stock, I then pressed another, also out of stock. I pressed every button and all flashed out of stock. After standing there, I decided that a broken vending machine was not worth missing my train and left

I noticed a week later that the stupid thing had still charged me, though I was not able to purchase anything
