The schnitzel is super good. The gravy that comes with it is perfect. The sauce in the SF style hot dog is also super good. They get their gravy and sauces right.

There is also a good selection of beer here with nice decor. Great for taking someone on a casual date.

This was a pretty fun and active spot! It's a great place to stop by, grab a drink, eat, and hangout with friends. It's both a bar and a restaurant so you'll be sure to have to the opportunity to meet people as well!

The staff were so sweet and caring. They helped liven up the atmosphere and were on point with serving the food soon after it was ordered. All in it's a great place to visit and the food was absolutely delicious! 😋

We've been here a few times now. Not a big beer person but the staff are good at helping us find something that works. I've had sausages here a couple times and they were always delicious. This time we were a little puzzled because there were sausages that we wanted that didn't come with buns and the staff pointed that out. But in the end we got one sausage with a bun in the other without so we were a little unclear on that. Only other downside is the loud music. I think that perhaps the corner by the bathroom may not have speakers, but I'm not sure. Next time I'll try that out. They're trying to create vibes with music so I get it, about sometimes you just want to have a quiet meal especially in the early evening. Overall worth a visit now and then for delicious beer and sausage.

My friends have been telling me to come check this place out, and I was not disappointed! First off, the vibe is so cool. Very open and airy. Fun pops of color.

They have a large selection of draft beer, so I got the “Hello Sexy” , which was pretty good! Then I got the SF Style Wurst which is this delicious sausage served on a French roll with amazing toppings. It came quick and hot! So good. Finally, I had the pretzels with two dips: beer cheese (my favorite) and spicy mustard.

It was the perfect lunch in Duboce. Highly recommend!

I love this place, have been coming here for a while, and will continue to come here. Their beer is great and it’s amazing to have a gluten-reduced brewery so close by.

But the switch to a “full service restaurant” in early 2025 has really hurt what used to be awesome about this former brewery. You could easily order everything at the table with a QR code and not have to worry about splitting bills with big groups. You could also order a beer in 3-4 different sizes which was great if you don’t want a big pour for everything.

Maybe they hired a consultant to figure out how to squeeze every cent out of their margins? I don’t know, but the experience has suffered all the same. It seems like nobody is on the same page as to what “full service” means since I still had to walk up to the counter to order most of my beers.

As I said, I’ll continue to come here. But I really wish they’d bring back what used to be awesome about this place.

You had me at Beyond Sausage. This place is a hidden gem. The beer selection is off the hook. The ambiance is mid-western chic with good music, and they are dog friendly. The best part of this place was the service. The staff was so nice and got water for my dogs and let me order off-menu to get them unseasoned beef.

I'm really glad I found this place. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Schnitzel was great! Perfect breading and tender meat! SF Style wurst was very tasty. Definitely worth a try if your in the mood for a dog and a beer.
