Great shipper!!! Lots of room to back in. Easy check-in and will work with drivers!! We parked in the parking lot across from the loading docks overnight. No restroom on site is the only downside.

No overnight parking per shipping agent. However, he allowed me to remain on property a couple of hours after loading me. I parked along the RR on Salt Lake Ave. very active tracks. Great shipper and respectful accommodating shipping agent., thank you!

I am a restaurant owner. From food quality perspective, it is fine. I am happy with that. What I am not happy with is their practice and lack of due diligence in notifying customers of missing items before delivery. Some items are important enough for customers that without them, there is no point for the entire order. As a wholesaler, one should understand customers reserve the right to cancel the order if it differs from the agreed list.

From an order I placed with them, I've found missing items and when I reported these items, they are able to pull a HD video and chellenge that one of the reported items was indeed included in the pallet. That tells me they have all means to ensure missing items are reported but didn't practice it.

So in short there are 2 issues I have with them.
1) They don't actively check what's delivered to customers despite there are means to check. That's irresponsible practice (no due diligence) and seriously disadvantage customers.

2) there is no notification to report missing items. Left customers with no choice to decline or reject delivery and only able to find out after checking inventory. Seriously affect business operations.

This has discounted my trust to them; especially this is my first transaction with them.

Got there an hour after they closed but the shipping and receiving clerk said they could still load me if I didn't mind waiting. Backed into the dock and I was loaded in 45 minutes. Fastest I've been loaded with 22 pallets. I sure owe the guy doing that for me.

This place is really slow for truckers having to pickup here. A really good place to run out of hours with no place near to break. FCFS. Been here 4 hours and I still can’t see getting a door any time soon based on what I’ve seen. Never again.

BTW. All the glowing customer reviews? It’s obvious they spammed their Google position with their own “positive reviews”. Poor way to run a business.
