Not good people do not come here early at all no matter wht they take u on apointment
I got three pilots. I got here early. They were free and I told them to unload me but they told me that we don’t do that so they let me wait all day yesterday and next morning my appointment was 630 but they told me that we can take you after seven so please do not come here early

I had a full truck load to pick up here, came in 2 hrs late to my appointment, was taken in but loader was not very helpful. Just told me to wait with no direction or options. I had to tell him how I will know when to back up to dock etc. in the end got out of there within 2.5 hrs - 3 stars for taking me in and not taking my day to be loaded. As a side note there are 5 gates to get into this facility with no clear indication where the Shipping/receiving office is. Only 1 gate was half open so I drove in and then you have to go to dock 77 and wait for 1 of the loaders. HD is big and could be a bit more efficient with employees/shippers/basic signs!

Offloading crew is super unprofessional!
The check in clerk first tell my driver we don't have appointment and they cannot offload us today. Actually we do have appointment in the morning time.
My load has 2 deliveries, they are my 1 st receiver but they empty the whole trailer and told us they dont know how may pallets they should receive!!!

Never answered their intercom at the gate at 4 am had to follow another truck into the place once inside I only stayed one hour for unload good luck drivers

They taking too much long to unload . My appointment is 6:30 am . I am here from 6:30 am. Now its 11:30 am and i am still on dock .

If your delivery is inside of Gate no 2 then the Receiving Door is between dock S-77 & S-78
