Service and atmosphere are great. Experience varies with the food you ordered. Last time we came we got lamb stew and crispy egg tofu and mushroom stir fry, they were amazing! Highly recommend. This time we got steamed cod and egg/shrimp chow fun, the cod tastes bland and like rubber. Do not recommend. Shrimp was pretty tender, tastes good.

This place has great food in a very casual setting, and the portions are big with affordable prices. The food really is delicious and they have lots of options. Plenty of tables and quite clean. It gives a very comfortable vibe, like you are at a family friends place. Come for the great food, but don’t expect the best service.

Wow. So delicious. We had the black pepper steak udon, Singapore noodle, and egg tofu with assorted mushrooms. Wow. I have never had such lovely egg tofu before. Soft like custard inside. Tender, great texture on the outside. Mushrooms were superb. Everything was so good. They gave us a free soup with big soft chunks of winter melon and some meaty bone with tender pork. There is also a fantastic breakfast deal. Two choices for 9.99.

I am a Chinese from Hong Kong and had high expectations of Chinese food in L.A. However, for the past few years, qualities of Chinese restaurants have generally declined. I have the opportunity to stay in L.A. for a couple of weeks and I drove around to try out different restaurants that are recommended on Google. Despite the 4.6 star average, the food is not up to standard. I was skeptical and only ordered 2 dishes - soy sauce stir-fried noodles and soup noodles with beef brisket. The soy sauce stir-fried noodles were decent but not outstanding and the portion was big; however, there is no meat at all. As to the soup noodles with beef brisket, it was disappointing. The noodles had no body and the texture was weird. The briskets were not too tendered but not chewy and the flavor was lacking. After spending over $31 for these 2 dishes, all I could say is I will never come back again. However, the service was good: the cashier and the waiter were very friendly. The restaurant itself looked semi-decent in its cleanliness but the front entry and side to the parking lot need cleaning and improvement.

I visited during dinnertime, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the restaurant wasn't crowded, so no waiting for a table was required. The swiftness with which the dishes were brought to our table was truly impressive. It's evident that Delicious Food Corner values efficiency without compromising on the quality of service.

The Ice-Salted Lemon Honey drink deserves a special mention. It was a refreshing and invigorating concoction, harmonizing the tanginess of lemon with the delicate sweetness of honey. A perfect way to begin the meal!

While the Shrimp and Egg Stir-Fry was flavorsome, I did find it a tad salty. However, the blend of plump shrimp and fluffy eggs still made it a satisfying dish. The German-style Salted Pork Knuckle was a standout dish. The rich, savory flavors and crispy exterior were a testament to the chef's skill. It's a must-try for those looking for a hearty and flavorful dish.

The Walnut Shrimp was another highlight of the meal. The combination of crunchy walnuts and succulent shrimp in a sweet and savory sauce was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. The Braised Beef Brisket with Radish showcased comfort food at its best. The tender beef and the wholesome flavors of the radish, immersed in a flavorful broth.

Parking was made easy with ample space available in the rear of the restaurant – a practical convenience in the bustling neighborhood.

Was looking for Hong Kong style café in Los Angeles, tried a few places but were all disappointed, end up finding this place in San Gabriel, happy to say it is very good, and they have free refill for milk tea!!!! The wait staffs are attentive. This will be my go to place when I go back to Los Angeles to have my Hong Kong style café fix.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had! I came in for breakfast with my family, and while the staff was quick to seat us, they didn’t bother to inform us that half the menu was unavailable due to a power outage. We only found out after trying to order multiple items, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the service was shockingly bad—our server was rude, inattentive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping us. We waited far too long for basic things like drinks and silverware, and when we asked questions, we were met with attitude instead of solutions. The entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I will never be returning to this place and strongly recommend others stay away.
