This is an amazing place for fresh delicious and well priced sushi. We got a salmon and mixed nigiri, spicy tuna roll, and California roll for <$35. Everything was delicious, we particularly enjoyed the nigiri. Definitely coming back here and going to try to order one of their party platters. Parking lot has a decent amount of spots but it’s a shared parking lot so it can get busy during lunch and dinner hours. This is a grab and go place- there’s no seating. You’ll see a lot of people taking their food and eating in their cars which doesn’t help with trying to find parking but there is street parking near the side streets.

I owe a huge thank you to my sister for introducing me to Yama Sushi Marketplace just two weeks ago—since then, I’ve been FIVE times. That should tell you everything!

My absolute go-to order is their spicy tuna roll and California roll. Let me just say, I usually never go for California rolls, but wow, I am so glad I gave theirs a shot. It’s so good, it’s borderline addictive (seriously, what are they putting in it).

Every visit, I stick with my trusty favorites and branch out to try something new. This time, I went for their Inari sushi (tofu skin) and spicy scallop—and wow, both were winners!

One thing that really sets Yama apart is their seafood quality. There’s no fishy smell, no weird aftertaste—just fresh, clean flavors that make every bite perfect. And the best part? Almost all of the rolls are under $8, and the Inari was only about $6.

If you’re looking for high-quality sushi that won’t break the bank, this is the place to go. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!

I am obsessed with this place. I’m not a fan of California rolls, but whatever they put in their Cali rolls has me craving it every day. The prices are super reasonable and the sushi is super fresh!

We picked up a metric ton of sashimi for lunch, they were very quick and helpful in slicing the pieces you choose from the counter.

Everyone was extremely happy with the quality of the fish, would recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot for well priced fish.

A friend recommended this place to try out fresh sushi’s. Heard it can get very busy if you don’t get there 15 min before opening. It was true. A nice little market place with fresh sashimi grade fishes. Also with ready made varieties of sushi rolls in the cooler. Get a number at the fish counter and pick your choices. They will cut into bite size and will cal your number when finished. Meanwhile, go pick others, rolls, seaweed salad, Gary and wasabi. The selection is absolutely wonderful. They also have pre-made party trays with various combinations.

The 2 sushi platter I got were so good. The fish was so fresh and the rice to fish portion for the nigiri was perfect and the sashimi was so yummy! My family really enjoyed it. Ordering online was so easy and pick up quick. We will definitely do this again. Thank you!

Purchased California rolls, Salmon rolls, salmon, tuna, and yellowtail. This is a neat store to find popular Japanese snack items as well as what everyone else is here for, their delicious sashimi fish. There is a fridge area that they stock with sushi periodically so you may have to wait for them to restock when it empties which is very quick. On the other side of the store is where you can pick out pieces of fish that you can ask them to cut for you into ready to eat slices. This includes soy sauce, ginger slices and wasabi on the side, and chopsticks upon request. Very busy around the meal times, parking lot is not particularly large but manageable. Service across the board was fast and courteous.

Very busy Japanese market. It sells sashimi-grade seafood. Couple of options to choose from. They usually will cut the fish for you but when we went, that day they were very busy and didn't offer the service. The workers are very friendly. Overall it was a good and nice experience. When they know we are not local and will drive for long hours to bring the fish home, they provided us with a lot of ice. The fishes were fresh and very yummy. We had them as our new year eve dinner.
