I've been with State Farm for a very long time, but I switched to Emily Kwan's agency almost 8 years ago because (1) my previous agent wasn't very responsive, and (2) I moved to the area. I really like Emily's team, especially Joanna Tang. She has great communication, she's kind, patient, not pushy with sales, and she remembers me when I call once in a blue moon! She's made updating and adding insurance plans and premiums throughout life's milestones so smooth with her knowledge on best rate plans for my situation.
