Wonderfully calming shop with a huge selection of plants. It’s hard not to spend an hour in here absorbing the positive atmosphere. Will definitely furnish the office and my desk with some greenery from Plant Therapy.

My favorite houseplant shop for tropical & indoor plants! Just walking inside is therapeutic but definitely a great place for retail therapy too. All the plants are hand-picked and well-cared for. The selection is really good for indoor lighting conditions. Plants range from $5 babies to $100+ for big trees!

I recently had an experience with a plant purchased from this company's shop, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I had reached out about the issue back in September of 2022, but did not receive a response. However, I decided to follow up and see if anything could be done to help me with this situation via email a second time and still have not heard back from anyone. As a fellow queer owned small business I choose to support local shops whenever possible and hope for the best.

Upon purchasing the plant last August (2022), I lost 3 of the cuttings due to their thin roots. After further investigation, I discovered that many of the cuttings had very thin underdeveloped roots, which resulted in very little growth since I bought the plant. Even after repotting the plant to help stimulate growth this spring, I found that the plant as a whole had many cuttings with very thin roots. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.

I understand that plants can be unpredictable, but as a customer who spent over $70 on a plant, I had hoped for a better outcome. I reached out to the company in the hopes that there was something they could do to help make this situation right. While I didn't receive a response initially, I'm hopeful that they will take action now that I've followed up with a public review.

I appreciate the company's time and consideration, and hope that they can help me find a solution to this issue.

I have bought so many plants from this store it's unreal. They have sales all the time and their price are reasonable. Bonus is that it's minority owned and local. Love it here.

Amazing store with excellent customer service. The plant selection is exceptional. They offer home repotting service for plants or pots bought at the store. My partner and I couldn’t be more pleased. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We’ve told all our friends.
