I have been a long standing customer with Traci Hollander - State Farm Insurance Agency Inc. As the company (State Farm Insurance) moves more to an automated AI system, I found the staff especially Vincent Martini (Office Associate) extremely friendly, helpful and professional in assisting me file a recent claim and understanding the process. Not all claims fit a "cookie cutter" process and he understood this. I was able to quickly schedule an in office appointment due to the uniqueness of the accident reporting process. Mr. Martini connected me to right State Farm staff personnel to handling my claim which greatly eased my anxiety. His customer service skill are commendable and reflects most positively on the agency and company. He made feel like I was not just a number, but an appreciated customer. As the world changes, I know that Traci Hollander's staff will take the time to maintain that human contact that identifies a great business. I have been with this team for well over 15 years and primarily because of the excellent and dependable service by agent Eva Eng who works with Traci. Eva is extremely knowledgeable and responds to any need I have in a very timely manner. She also explains things very clearly in lay-man's terms such that I come away feeling confident with her explanations which is why I have expanded my insurance needs beyond just car insurance. I'm prompted to post after another case of predictably customer-focused, effective support from this (Tracy Hollander's) State Farm agency based in the Castro and Noe Valley neighborhoods. I've had two occasions to work with the office this year - the first time with Vincent and now a few months later with Rocio Jimenez. Both times, these customer service pros have not only addressed my reason for calling but found ways to solve problems or tweak my coverages in ways that were better for me (without any hint of the typical insurance agent push to buy for amorphous "security" because it's good for you but, instead, genuine empathy for a customer's desire to limit nonessential cost). Plus, they're just very friendly people who work efficiently out of respect for the time and preferences of others. Great agency!
