If I could give less stars, I would. I was just there today. My very first time stopping by after countless times of going into Julian to hike. Stopped by on my way home back into South OC. 90% of success is GOOD customer service. Please put the girl working today into a customer service camp because she desperately needs it. She acted as though she was annoyed that we were even there. We asked about dark yolks but just the question was lost on her. It's a type of egg sold in Trader Joe's and other stores. It's just a richer tasting egg due to the chickens being given a particular kind of feed. She just acted like she was bothered by the question. Then we asked about the Jumbo eggs with the double yolks that are advertised. She just kept picking at her cuticles and nails, literally picking at her nails and looking at them and said "no. Sold out." It was THAT FLAT and uninterested. I was embarrassed to be there as if I were bothering her. No one else was there so she wasn't distracted by other customers. I just bought the eggs and left. This person is uncomfortable to be around. Is that your very best?!! You put HER to interface with paying customers. I'll never be back. I can get these eggs anywhere with an actual civilized individual.
