SactoMoFo Corporate Catering assisted in coordinating an event for my organization. The event was EXCELLENT! The service was everything we had hoped for and the food provided by Gameday Grill was delicious! Brittany was instrumental in assisting with setting up our event. We recently hired SactoMofo to coordinate food truck catering for a company picnic, and they exceeded our expectations! They provided excellent coordination, and the team was professional and responsive. The event ran smoothly, and food was served on time. The SactoMofo rep, Adonis, stayed at the event the whole time and provided coordination and organization for both trucks. He was very responsive and provided updates throughout the event. Tried Ma Sarap for the first time since it was pouring rain outside. Lechon Kawali was absolutely delicious. Perfectly fried crispy chunks of pork belly. I don't know what's in the dipping sauce, but it's pretty delicious too. However the pancit that comes with was probably thee worst I've ever tasted. Not even sure it qualifies to be pancit with the two different noodles they used. Blah. But I would definitely order again just to eat the pork belly LOL
