I usually stop in every morning for a cup of coffee and the last few days there wasn't any decaff. ( not even the dispenser ) I asked at the counter why there wasn't any decaff and the young lady was a little snappy and said " I don't know, I'm not in charge of coffee" Not customer friendly at all.

Staff were pleasant, well stocked but the restroom facilities were disgusting. Obviously had not been cleaned for days. Soap Dispenser was full but didn't dispense, toilet Paper was present but not installed in the Dispenser which appeared to be in disrepair. The large roll of TP appeared to have fallen from the handrail onto the filthy floor. Not sanitary at all. Thankfully they still had seat covers with wish I was able to "safely" wipe myself.

Absolutely discusting store! The floor, walls and the bathroom are absolutely gross. No toilet paper, seat covers, paper towels or soap. The whole establishment is dirty. When I told the staff, he literally rolled his eyes and said nothing, nor did it seem he was going to do anything. I certainly wouldn't suggest eating at the burger king it's conjoined to. To make it worse, their prices are much higher than near by conpetitors. Will not be back.

I could not believe that only ONE of the employees was wearing a mask and it was not covering her nose. The others and MOST of the customers were walking the store, which is very small and very hard to social distance, without masks. The store has always been dirty and dingy so not a place I will go into again during a pandemic for sure!

Avoid this place like the plague!! Highest prices for just about everything, gas is the highest anywhere around even for a Chevron Station ! Then the owner has the nerve to state in the local paper that their prices are higher because they get charged more for delivery.... what a down right lie ! If that's the case then why are the two Chevron stations up in Jackson 30 cents a gallon CHEEPER for regular? Check around anywhere , you will be hard pressed to find higher priced gas ANTWHERE ! I can't wait for more competition to come into Rancho Murieta !
