Another great experience. I had to get body work on my car that was supposed to take a roughly a week. The process went very smoothly. The workers truly care about their clients and make them feel comfortable. The paper work was quick and the prices were reasonable. I had to get the car for an extra day, and that process took less than a minute. My cousin worked at Enterprise for years and alwys said good things. I am happy to say that I’ve always had a great experience working with Enterprise, and I will continue to rent from this astounding company.

My husband and I have had unfortunate luck this year with car accidents this year but have been fortunate to find this location in our times of rental needs.

All 3 times I've had to come to this location this year (knock on wood!), I have been greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming staff. The checkout process has always been smooth and efficient and every time the employees thoroughly checked the car with me for existing dents/scratches, and one time even found something I missed, something I usually don't experience when I am at airport locations.

As unfortunate experience as it is dealing with car accidents, having a little part of the process go as smooth as possible is appreciated. I since have thrown out the business cards from my times here so I am not able to call out any employee specifically for their excellent service, but I will say that is the only kind of service I have received here.

This company is cheating, they steal your money! We rented a car for one day, and gave a deposit of 300 dollars. We got back 150! When I started writing to the operators, 3 operators ended the chat and each said different untrue information. They came up with something to take money for. One says that we brought it at 9 pm, the second at 5! Then they send us a receipt backdated. For which they took money from us without our confirmation!!!! 50 dollars appeared for a young driver - no one told us about this. For real, although we returned it with the same gas station as we took it. All the photo evidence is there and receipts. Then they make up hourly rates for the day, and add some other made-up receipts to them. ALTHOUGH NO ONE DISCUSSED THIS WITH US. They have one answer: the head office will contact you in 7-10 days IF they review your application!! THEY STOLE MONEY OUT OF THE WAY! Don't contact them, or they'll deceive you too.

This review has definitely been long overdue! I remember how sweet and kind Shakeh was to me! She made me feel at ease and welcomed 🙂 a lovely presence! She helped me choose a car that was easy and fun to drive! She had a great down to eatth vibe! Nothing but exceptional service when Shakeh is there! Also, props to the crew who cleansing the cars! They were super nice, as well! Unfortunately,.I couldn't remember the names of the 2 young gentlemen, but THANK YOU ALL! 🙂

I had an accident and my insurance included a rental, they sent me to my nearest Enterprise which was in Lankershim, North Hollywood. They picked me up at the autoshop and the process was fast and smooth. The team friendly and efficient. 100% recommended.

I had to use a rental car for around 2 weeks while my car was getting fixed. Everyone here was so nice and on top of it. I have been to other enterprises and rental car spots and this by far was the nicest facility and kind people. They were on top of their stuff and were a pleasure to work with.
