I called the insurance company 5 times over the course of a year, no one ever picked up the phone, I left messages asking them to call me back, no one ever called me back. Recently a miracle happened, I called and asked to cancel my insurance. The girl on the phone started to intimidate me that they would no longer include me in the insurance if I canceled it, to which I said okay, I don’t need insurance now.
