I placed an order thru Amazon and it was shipped from California via Fed Ex on Monday June 12th and was received June 14th Wednesday, So was in a truck Monday, Tuesday and Part of Wednesday. When it was received I opened the bag and, of course there was no ice left in this little 6" bag and the chocolate melted all over the candy and it really looks awful. I called the company and want to send it back and they asked me to send pictures, which i did and have attached a couple. They said not all of it melted and would give me a 30% discount. The bag is a mess and melted candy all over. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU ONLY LIVE IN CALIFORNIA AND NOT IN ANOTHER STATE LIKE FLORIDA WHERE THE HEAT IS 'HOT'. Order from Godiva and you should see how they ship their items an the dry ice they use. 5 Stars to Godiva. no stars for Delish. I guess they really don't care about their customers. To bad.
