This experience was extremely awful. I shopped here every time prior for over 7 years spending over $500 in groceries alone and this is my first time dealing with extremely rude, unacceptable poor customer service from the Hispanic clerk at the cashier. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I was with my young son when the huge cashier man started talking to me in Spanish asking if I needed a bag. He just ASSUMED I spoke Spanish. He didn’t even ask first which I found extremely offensive.

I proceeded with taking my items from the basket. The clerk starts telling me there is a line of people waiting as I was pulling out my phone for the Whole Foods bar code. I told him to please wait while it loaded. He proceeds to rush me continously and repeats the total amount that I needed to pay. I asked him to please wait as my apply pay was loading. He then continuously tries to rush me stating there are other people waiting in line. As I rush to put my items in the bag myself because he refused to help me with bagging these, he accuses me of NOT PAYING for the toothpaste! I told him, excuse me? Please check the receipt! He then says, “you put it in the bag” and proceeds to embarrass me in front of the entire store lying that he was not rushing me. He criticized my character and humiliated me while I was with my youngest son. I told him that he was wrong for what he did and that he shouldn’t treat costumers the way he did to me. He then screams “You’re lying I never rushed you don’t make stuff up!” I then tell him that I want to speak with the manager.

It gets better! The manager then comes, she tries to listen to my side of the story while I told her I am never shopping there again. She pretends to be nice to my face as I requested a refund for all my items since the clerk was incredibly mean. While she does this, she complains that each item had to be returned individually.

Finally everything is done and I was on my way to leave the store. I then head her gossiping to the security guard about me and my son stating that she had a bad interaction and she brought up my son and I as I was walking out of the store. She didn’t see me but when she did she finally stayed quiet. I proceeded to explain to the security about what happened and he was understanding. I am never shopping in this store and I do not recommend this place to anyone

Normally I don’t write reviews for grocery stores, but I have to write this one because I couldn’t believe what I saw today!!!
WholeFoods 24th Street used to be my favorite WholeFoods in Bay Area because they don’t have shoppers. (Shoppers always grab all the discount foods, running of the stock or just a few leftovers for the customers in person.)
What I saw today was the staff(old lady) threw away the breads on the floor and then put them back on the shelves. I couldn’t believe my eyes!!! Does she know how dirty of the floor?, hello we still have Covid around?. Was the company trained her to throw away the foods like this in front of the customers? I was going to tell the store manager about this, but I was too busy I got to leave. I’m sure it wasn’t her 1st time to do it because she looked very familiar with how to throw away the breads on the floor even though she had a cart ? next to her. I hope the store manager can tell her not to do it again ? for hygiene purpose. So disgusting!!

Ordered food at in the morning with a pickup time of 8-9pm but store cancelled the order when I went to pick it up at 8pm. Managers don’t care at all and just said too bad. What a waste of time and energy. They had all day to manage orders but waited until the pickup time.

Too crowded, parking is a mess, lines are too long, lots of missing items on shelves and the variety of products and brands is not that great.
For groceries shopping in Noe Valley, both Safeway and Mollie Stones are much better options.
You can’t have 1 person working express lane at 7pm. 10 minutes wait.

Super cute neighborhood. Walkable parks with farmer's market on some days and shops near by. Easy parking lot. Smaller than most but most likely still has everything you need.

Very happy to have a market this great in our neighborhood. Sometimes the lines are long and sometimes the parking lot is full. That is the reality of having a great market in such a small square footage within a densely populated neighborhood. Shout out to the amazing cashiers who are fast efficient and charming.
