Arrive @7:00 lady at security shack was there 7:30 check in with lady at window. Very nice lady. Write load information n sheet. Walked to trailer chk temp n cleaned. All good. You shouldn't hv problems if your trailer is pre cooled B4 there. And trailer cleaned.out. out within hour half. Don't know why bad reviews about Lady at guard shack she said good morning to me first thing. And forklift driver was loading quick. I was skeptical about going there. When I read bad reviews. But all good. Just hv temp and trailer cleaned. B4 arrive.

Appt 8 AM. Allowed check in at 8:15 AM loaded at 9:10 AM. They have overnight parking. Good lady.

This place deserves ABSOLUTELY NO Stars....8 hrs later n STILL not loaded...appt was 9am, got here at 7:30am...no door until 12pm then another 3 hrs to load. Just know
when you go to check-in usually nobody is even in the office, sooo you have to sign-in with your pickup info amd go wait in your truck until they come out amd check temp on reefer and check if trailer is clean. that as well takes hours...be sure to bring xtra food/drinks cuz their is NOTHING around. no restrooms either....HORRIBLE PLACE to come

Supposed to deliver this load in Russellville AR by August 3rd at 11:00 AM. Got here last night and precooled the trailer when I got here. Had the trailer washed out before coming here in Patterson CA and have two load locks in the trailer. My appointment was for 8:00 AM this morning and not even in a dock yet. Also signed in at the window before 8:00 AM. This place is very slow. I’m the only truck here. Their trucks are the only other trucks here. Not a good place when trying to get a load delivered over 1,800 miles away that is a little tight. Hope no issues. People just slowly walking around and it is almost 9:30 now. I am starting to lose hope for America all together.

Good facility got loaded in one hour, but the guy on check-in is very rude. Don't have sense to talk with the drivers

Appointment is useless!!! Lady told me Im next with in hr or less be loaded after they unload there truck but she never come get me !!! While waiting for her!!! Another Mexican driver with a long nose back in straight through nobody say anything… My appointment delivery is tight nobody cares!!!

Make sure your trailer is absolutely clean before coming and pre cooled if you don’t want to waste your time…otherwise they are quick though

I wasn't expecting much for where it is in the middle of nowhere yet everybody is good to you and treat you with respect
