I would HIGHLY recommend to come to this store! This location was so amazing and Ahmed and Sam were the absolute BEST people I have ever worked with! I can't say enough good things about this place. Every order/interaction has been such a blessing. I came there with a significant request for an embroidery on my jean jacket and they went above and beyond to meet the timeline and the creative need. I then came back to get a t-shirt done with the same embroidery and it was the same level of customer appreciation. Thank you icustom! Keep spreading the love and creativity!

The customer service experience was sub-standard. The dude on duty could not be bothered to explaind or assist with the concept of applying use of an on-line graphic for end product custom creation. He cut me and my friend off so he could make a sale to another customer before completing his assistance with us. It was less than acceptable and i would never recommend the store and advise interested customers to shop else where.

Pleasantly surprised! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and all of my inquiries were taken care of by Adel. He helped me pick out the shirts & design, customized them to my liking, and finished them within an hour! I really appreciate how Adel was attentive, kind, and accommodating throughout the process. I would definitely recommend getting your shirts made by Adel for the best experience, he is extremely skilled and a real gem at iCustom!
