The lady at the front counter was a delight. The prices were also Greta, and they had everything we needed. Getting the trailer loaded was a bit slow, but it's a smaller business, so to each his own. It was worth it in my opinion

I we'll start by saying this place used to be all right. Although the lady at the cash register was never particularly friendly but it was all right because she wasn't rude now she's just RUDE
I've been going to this place for about 10 years and still to this day the lady acts like she doesn't even know me. Can't crack a smile to save your life. So extremely rude never wants to help. Today was probably the worst experience because I was looking for something and she couldn't even move to help. So now I go to Sierra hay and feed and the lady that works there is friendly AND helpful. I will never go to this place again. Not only that, half the time they don't even have stuff in stock that you're looking for and when you try to ask when it might be in, she always says she doesn't know, of course in a completely unfriendly way.
Bt how is it when I go to Sierra hay and feed and I ask the lady when something's going to be in she tells me exactly the day and the time she's expecting it? To me customer service is probably the most important thing I look for when I shop somewhere.
